On 30 January 2017, in Paris, L’Oréal was awarded the Prize for Operational Excellence, created in 2017 by MEDEF (French Business Confederation) in partnership with France Qualité (AFQP) to encourage the implementation of the operational excellence approach across all sectors of French industry.
Eric Wolff, L’Oréal Quality & Environment, Health, Safety Director received the award from MEDEF President Pierre Gattaz in the large company category, which also included many international and industrial companies.
Barbara Lavernos, Executive Vice-President Operations at L’Oréal, said:
